another thing that keeps me from getting the mother of the year award ... i took my kids out of school yesterday so we could spend the day in the sun on the lake. it was awesome! we had the lake to ourselves until late afternoon. the water was warm & not real smooth - perfect for wave runners & tubing! we are going to be out of town for jake's b-day so we celcebrated it yesterday. he wanted to spend the day on the lake then go to dinner at Tepanaki (japanese steakhouse where they cook in front of you). it was a great day!
i am off to tulsa this afternoon - looking forward to it. We have been gone most of august so we are looking forward to some time home :)

Um nope. Gonna have to disagree with you. Its the little things like that, that earn you "Mom of the Year." Its those little things they'll remember and cherish!!!
if you lived in NH, the kids wouldn't even have started yet so just go by our dates ;0)
